After receiving the fruits & vegetables, immediately refrigerate them, if you want to preserve them for a week, and no need for refrigeration if you want to consume them within 2 days.

Every product we offer is naturally Pollinated (Fruits & Vegetables) for its best quality and Size. We have created a natural environment cycle for all the stages of Plant, Fruit & Vegetable Growth.

Online Payment                                                                            

For online orders placed on https://budanfarms.com/shop/, the payment information, card information, and bank details are entered on 3rd party website/bank website. budanfarms.com does not take any card information at any point in time from the customer. However, budanfarms.com ensures that all 3rd party links for payment have the required SSL certificate and maintain complete security of the customer data.

Customers can make payments through credit card, debit card, Net Banking, Wallet, and UPI,

We don’t offer a Cash on Delivery payment option for online orders.

Request for any change in the order not to be accepted once the order has been placed.

You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, and other governmental charges.

Delivery Policy

budanfarms.com accepts online orders to deliver in all major cities of India only, delivery charges are applicable, you can check delivery charges as per location on our delivery partner’s website, Link……………

budanfarms.com takes full responsibility to send the order in suitable bags and boxes.

budanfarms.com uses only Shiprocket for delivery, 3rd party delivery service is used.

However, once the order is handed over, the temperature maintenance responsibility lies with the receiver.

The order delivery will be done from our production center Budanpur village, near Banur, district SAS Nagar Mohali.

Delivery may not be exactly on the same day, it may take 2-3days after the successful order has been placed.

You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

Delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Other unforeseen circumstances, etc.

In case the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor.

Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late.

We shall not be delivering the product other than the address mentioned in the invoice, if the customer wants to take delivery at another address, he/she has to inform us or our delivery partner before 12 hours.

Same-Day Delivery Policy

budanfarms.com accepts same-day delivery orders to deliver Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Derabassi & Banur only.

For same-day delivery, orders must be received by budanfarms.com before 11:30 am.

ITS CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO CHECK THE PRODUCT AND THEN RECEIVE IT FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON.

Delivery may not be exactly at the same time. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE.

Duplicate Order

If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it at +91- 9815098150 We will give a full refund for the duplicate order unless the production does not start for the same.

If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will decide on your behalf and that will be final.

Cancellation & Refund

In case the preparation of your order has started, you cannot cancel the order. There will be no refund in such an event, we do not offer any return or exchange of our products.

If the product will be in loss condition at the time of delivery, after verifying by us money will be refunded.

Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take time to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.

Having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without any prior notice due to uncertain conditions/occasions/disasters.

Damage or Defective Products

If any product received by you is damaged or defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91-98150 98150 (10:00 hours to 18:00 hours, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at support@budanfarms.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We will either deliver you the new product or refund the amount to you after investigating the same.
